My Perceptions and Attitudes 

After studying in this class, I think that I got many knowledge. Teacher taught  and explained everything very well, so I understand well. In my opinion, this subject is useful because it helps in reading and make me easily to understand in reading. In addition, I can apply these knowledge with writing subject, and it made me write better than in the past. I very like that your teaching because you used the words that easily to understand. In addition, teacher ordered the works for students, and I think that some works made me give the valuable experiences; for example, I cooked food, and presented about how to cook it in the class. In my opinion, I was happy for studying in this class. Thank you teacher. :)

Today is last time to study this subject. I learnt about Expository text. Teacher explained and make me understand more. Then, I listened teacher read the text about The internet and society and I looked follow. Next, I did exercise about this paragraph. Then, I read the last text, which about How to cope with insomnia. Next, I did exercise by add a synonym for the word in bold type in each sentence. I did exercise by add verb-completer in the blank spaces.

Today, teacher taught about problem and solution. For me, I think this lesson rather hard because I have to intend to read the story and analysis it. I learnt about problem markers and solution markers. Then, I did exercise four items. Soon after, I did  the last exercise by write the sentence explaining the main idea of the text, write a title related to the main idea of the passage and create a diagram that represents the information in the text.

Today teacher taught about exemplification. I read the fist text and did exercise by completed the diagram and highlighted the exemplification. Next, I read the text about about Fun things to do in Great Falls and then I  did exercise ten items. The last exercise for today is completing the sentences. Soon after, I presented about how to cook Thai spicy fish. I was excited but I think I tried to speak confidently.

Today, I learnt about definition and classification. I tried to do exercises to find definition markers, the technical term and definition. I could it well and understood that the teacher taught. Next, I did practice, and drew a diagram to show the classification five items. Soon after I did practice about What is Anthropology? topic.

Today, I learnt about cause and effect. I tried to do exercise and I think it is rather hard for me. Some items I do not know some words so, I do not understand , and I can not analyze it. Next, teacher taught about a list of Cause and Effect Makers. I did exercise ten items. Then, I read the long text, which is about Titanic. Teacher asked students that Why did the Titanic hit  an iceberg so I think about the movie that I've ever seen. There is one scene that made me have a tear, when Rose upped in the lifeboat and she saw Jack. Suddenly, she jumped to the titanic again and they run fast to hug. I think this scene was impressive very much. Next, I did exercise. I read the text about the effect of stress and did exercise. Soon after, I saw the presentations of my friends. I enjoy because my friends was creative and could do it excellent.

Today I learnt about comparison and contrast again. I read the text about Hurricanes in USA and did exercise to compare about Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane Katrina. Then, I read the comparison between men and women. This text was interesting for me and agreed. Then I did the exercise and found main idea each paragraph.

Reacting to the Reading 

a. I agree with Tannen's views on the subject because I think men and women are different such as habit and idea.

b.In my native culture, men and women are different too. Sometimes they have idea different and they don't know that how to explain so they don't understand one another. 

c.I think when men have problem and conflict with women, he usually use mood to speak than women and men control the mood less than women. In my opinion, when women have conflict, she always try to explain clearly. I think man like to avoid than explain.

Open house NPRU 57

            Today, after my friends and I finished the class. We visited the open house NPRU 57 exhibition. The exhibition was very interesting. We visited the folk wisdom ; for example, bask basketry from plastic, herbal drinks. We visit the resist corruption exhibition and took a lot of photos. We saw the show of English program on the stage, it was interesting and I joined to play games and answer the question at the English Education program. Today, i enjoy and got knowledge.

Today, I had the midterm exam. I think i did it not good yet and I must improve it. In my opinion, the times is not enough for me. I think the exam rather hard. I will improve my skills more.

Today i learnt about comparison and contrast. Teacher taught about the markers to point out comparison and contrast and taught about words that describe comparison. Then I did exercise to compare about subway in New York and Paris. Today I understood the content well.
