Today I learnt about recount again. Teacher explained about text and exercise that we learnt yesterday again. Today, I did exercise three stories. The first is An Excursion to the Botanic Gardens, the second about Travelling by air and the last story about the disappearance of a dog. I read text and answer the questions. The questions not only asked about text but want to me find about noun, pronoun and time conjunctions. I can do exercise easier and wrong less than in the past. Today, I was fun and I understood well. Today I had homework to write a personal recount to tell my experience that happened in the past.

On Sunday I learnt for recompense. I learnt many lessons such as purpose of recount, types of recount, text organization. Teacher explained and had exercise one story to give student to do. I tried to do exercise and read it three times. This exercise is My Grandpa's Funeral in Toraja. The story made me wonder because tradition different from Thailand such as in this story have buffalo matches, feasting and dancing but in Thailand not dancing. I did other exercise about text organization. I think the lesson not hard but I must read and consider carefully.

 Course introduction

On Monday, 18 November, at 8.30-11.20 I  learnt a discourse approach in reading subject. At first teacher  recommended the course what will we learn in this subject and tell detail about course description and objective. I learnt about discourse marker and did four practices. I think it hard a little for me because I confuse to using the words when teacher checked together I did it wrong 8 items from 10 items.
